Pull of the Net: A Virtual Multicultural Event Sept 21-27, 2020

"Pull of the Net" Event was created by the Gulf of Georgia Cannery National Historic Site in Steveston, B.C. to celebrate and honour the diverse cultural communities that contributed to the development of the fishing industry on the West Coast. This free event welcomes all to dive into a multi-sensory experience of Indigenous, Japanese, Chinese, and European traditions. Check out "Silk and Skins" 20-minute virtual performance with Uzume Taiko and Silk Road Music as part of the fourth annual Gulf of Georgia Cannery National Historic Site's "Pull of the Net" Event.
